General rules relating to open national bids:

Unless otherwise stated on the bid advert or in the bidding document:

• Complete sets of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee specified on the bid advert.  The method of payment will be cash made to Omaheke Decentralisation Account, No. 1070990905, Bank Windhoek, Branch Code 481-172. The Bidding Documents can be collected from the address below with proof of payment on Mondays to Fridays from 09h00 to 13h00.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the closing date and time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.  Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address provided in the bidding document.  All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
